What currency are your prices in?
All of the retail prices you see are currently in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

How do I place an order?
Simply use the shopping cart process to add items to your cart, and when ready to finalize your order hit the "Check Out" button to submit your shipping and payment details. If you are having any technical issues with the shopping cart, please email us at info@sanctumsanctorum.ca with the details of your order and we will be happy to assist you.

Do I have to register for a user account to shop at your store?
No. We offer a "Checkout Without Account" option that allows you to shop without having a user account.

Do I have to have a Paypal account to shop at your store?
No. We offer a "Checkout Without Account" option that allows you to shop without having a Paypal account. Paypal is our online payment provider which allows you to pay with your credit card or paypal.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal. The available options for your country will be displayed at checkout.

How soon will you ship my order?
Due to the fresh, handmade nature of our products, our current turnaround time is 2 - 10 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Canadian statutory holidays.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We currently do not have minimum retail order requirements.

Do you handle gift orders?
To arrange a unique gift for that special someone, please always feel free to contact us directly to coordinate any special shipping information and gift wrapping.

GENERAL GIFT ORDER SHIPPING:
We can ship the order directly to you, or to the recipient of the gift.

How will my order be shipped?

Is my package insured?
Yes, we will not ship an order without insurance and delivery confirmation. The exception to this is if you live in the US, and you have chosen a particular shipping option that did not include insurance and/or delivery confirmation. If such is the case, please note that we are not responsible nor liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you see that your package has arrived to you in an obviously damaged condition, and if your shipping method has included insurance, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you in initiating the claims process with the carrier. We will happily replace any damaged items or issue a credit.
